NEÜ Uluslararası İlişkiler Ofisi'nden Motivasyon Toplantısı
NEÜ Uluslararası İlişkiler Ofisi, yeni dönemde performansını artırmak ve birim içinde daha iyi iletişim geliştirmek amacıyla bir motivasyon toplantısı düzenledi. Bu toplantıda, ofisin genel durumu ve gelecekteki hedefler tartışıldı.
Toplantının açılış konuşmasını yapan Uluslararası İlişkiler Ofisi Genel Koordinatörü Prof. Dr. Fırat Yaldız, yeni ekip üyelerini selamlayarak başladı. Konuşmasında, yeni üyelerden beklentilerini ve birime getirecekleri taze canlılık ve büyük katkılar konusundaki düşüncelerini dile getirdi. Ayrıca, önceki faaliyetler, stratejik planlar ve gelecek dönem hedeflerine vurgu yaptı. İletişim kanallarının iyileştirilmesi, ekip uyumunun sağlanması ve genel motivasyonun korunması gibi konular da konuşmasının bir parçasını oluşturdu.
The NEU Office of International Affairs organized a motivation meeting to increase its performance during the new period and to develop better communication within the unit. During this meeting, the overall situation within the office as well as future objectives were discussed.
Prof. Dr. Fırat Yaldız, General Coordinator, began the meeting by greeting the new team members. In his speech he mentioned his expectations regarding a fresh vitality and great contribution to the units overall performence by them. He further emphasized previous actions, strategic plans and goals for the following term. Issues such as improving communication channels, creating team chemistry, and maintaining overall motivation constituted also a part of his speech.
