Assist Prof.Dr. Yusuf Uzun
He was born in 1976 in the Beyşehir district of Konya. It is originally registered to the population of Seydişehir district of Konya. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Seydişehir. He graduated from Selcuk University, Computer Engineering Department in 1999. In the same year, he started to work as an Instructor in the Department of Computer Programming at Selcuk University, Seydişehir Vocational School. From 1999 to 2008, he was the Head of the Department of Computer Programming. He served as the Deputy Director of Vocational School in 2004-2008 and 2013-2017. In 2005, he completed his master's degree in Selcuk University, Computer Engineering Department and received the title of "Computer M.Sc. Engineer". In 2013, Seydişehir Vocational School was affiliated to Necmettin Erbakan University with the Presidential decree.
In 2017, he completed his doctorate in Necmettin Erbakan University, Department of Mechanical Engineering. In 2017, he started to work as an Assistant Professor in Necmettin Erbakan University, Seydişehir Ahmet Cengiz Engineering Faculty, Computer Engineering Department, Computer Software Department. He has been working as the Head of Computer Engineering Department since 2017. He has been serving as the Deputy Dean since 2017. During his tenure, he held many administrative positions such as Deputy Dean, Department Head, Faculty Administrative Board Member and Faculty Board Member, Deputy Director of Vocational School, Deputy Director of Vocational School and Member of Vocational School Administrative Board.
He has been working as the Rector's Advisor of Selçuk University since 2020. He is currently the Vice Dean of Necmettin Erbakan University Seydişehir Ahmet Cengiz Engineering Faculty and Head of Computer Engineering Department. Prof. Dr. Yusuf UZUN is married and has three children.
