Introduction of Computer Programming Program (About Us)
Computer Programming Program is within the Department of Computer Technologies and continues its education with 4 instructors and 121 students as of the 2021-2022 academic year.
Computer Programming Program is a 2-year associate degree program consisting of 4 semesters and admits students with TYT score.
The Computer Programming program curriculum is constantly updated in line with the current developments in the field and the demands and needs of the sector. The curriculum contains topics such as Programming Fundamentals, Visual and Object Programming, Web Programming, Network Installation and Management, Mobile Programming, Computer Hardware, Graphics and Animation, System Analysis and Management.
Vocational courses that require practice are mainly given in the computer laboratories of the department.
Purpose of the Program; To train qualified intermediate staff who have the ability to identify, analyse and solve problems in computer technologies, follow the rapid developments in technology, aim at lifelong learning and apply what they have learned in the best way, know their professional, moral and social responsibilities, respect people and nature, and are prone to teamwork.
Mission of the Program; To train investigative and productive individuals who have high application skills besides theoretical knowledge, and equipped and constantly renew themselves.
Vision of the Program; To be a program with a strong corporate culture, strong ties with the sector and industry, proud to be a member of it, and keeping up with development and change.
