Asst. Prof. Dr. Ruhi Can Alkın

           Ruhi Can Alkın, born in İzmir in 1988, completed his primary and secondary education in Karşıyaka, bachelor’s education at University of Selçuk in 2009. As a scholarship student from Ministry of National Education, he completed his master’s education at Southampton University Sociology and Social Policy Department in the UK in 2013 and he obtained his doctoral degree from the Sociology Department at Necmettin Erbakan University in May 2020. He worked as a research assistant at Necmettin Erbakan University Sociology Department between the years of 2014 and 2022. He has been working as assistant professor at the same department since February 2022. He has book chapters, books, articles and conference presentations on international students and sociology of disasters.
