About
The Department of Tourism Management was established in 2011 within the Necmettin Erbakan University Faculty of Tourism. There are Master's and Doctorate programs affiliated with the Department of Tourism Management along with 4 years of undergraduate education.
In line with the sector's needs, the department aims to train staff with the qualifications to become executives by being equipped with modern knowledge in the fields of hotel management, food and beverage services, travel services, and transportation services. Moreover, our students are provided with internship opportunities and Erasmus Student Exchange Program in Poland, Hungary, Romania, and Portugal.
Considering the priority needs of the tourism industry and global changes, a balance is observed between the basic business disciplines and the requirements of the tourism profession, such as accommodation, travel agencies, food and beverage businesses, and other sports, health, hospital, transportation companies that support tourism with the diversification of tourism services. We aim to provide trained personnel to the tourism industry in general.
